Start here.
Most fixes are simple.

01

Import an EPUB

From My Books, tap Import EPUB and choose a DRM-free .epub file from Files. Books protected by commercial DRM cannot be opened.

02

Save a web article

Tap Add Website, paste the full article address, and Loudleaf will save a clean offline copy. Some paywalled or script-heavy pages may not be available.

03

Choose a voice

Open the voice controls while reading. Loudleaf uses voices installed on your iPhone; additional voices can be downloaded in iPhone Accessibility settings.

04

Keep listening

Start reading aloud before locking your iPhone. Playback controls remain available on the Lock Screen, in Control Center, and on supported headphones.

05

Restore Theme Studio

Open the appearance controls, enter Theme Studio, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.

06

Fix an import problem

Confirm the file ends in .epub and is not DRM-protected. For websites, check your connection and try the direct article page rather than a home page.

Your library stays yours.

Loudleaf stores your imported books, saved articles, bookmarks, highlights, reading position, and preferences on your device. Loudleaf does not require an account and does not sell personal data.

When you save a web article, your iPhone connects directly to the website you selected. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Please do not email copyrighted books or sensitive reading material when requesting support.

Tell us what happened.
We’re listening.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Loudleaf version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please never send passwords or payment information.
